Ukraine War: Russian attacks on Reni are ‘deeply worrying’

Russia has been targeting the southern port city of Odesa ever since it pulled out of the Black Sea grain deal last week.

The agreement had allowed for the safe export of produce from Ukraine, and offered port cities some level of protection.

Overnight, Russia attacked Reni, which is located on the Danube River – an important alternative export route.

Sky News’ military analyst Sean Bell said the strikes are “deeply worrying” because Reni is right on the border of Romania.
