Ukrainian and Russian delegates are meeting in Turkey for face-to-face talks aimed at resuming grain exports through the Black Sea currently blocked by Russia.

Ukraine is one of the world’s largest exporters of wheat, corn and sunflower oil, but Russia’s invasion has disrupted production and halted shipments.
